This is one of my favorite chain ramen spots. (Not pictured) I got their spicy tonkatsu ramen with medium heat. It was very spicy so keep that in mind mind. Noodles soft and full of flavor, broth was light and didn't feel too heavy. Inside had one big table and few small table along side and bar top. Lots of seating but harder if big party. Service was good, very attentive as its order yourself and the food runners do a lot of the work.

flavorful, the noodles have the perfect texture, and the toppings are always fresh. I had the Blaze Ramen, and it had just the right amount of heat--spicy but still packed with depth. The pork belly was meltingly tender, and the crispy rice appetizer was a must-try. The service was quick and friendly, even during a busy lunch rush. The atmosphere is casual and modern, making it a great spot to grab a comforting bowl of ramen. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in the area--highly recommend!

The ramen options are great and customizable. It's especially good for vegetarians and the staff is more than happy to substitute meat for veggies on their meat ramen options as well. The staff is friendly and the self serve system is convenient. Seating options are nice , there's high tops and an outdoor seating space as well , but in the colder months it can get a bit chilly as they keep the doors open , so bring a jacket ! However , the warm comforting bowl of ramen will have you feeling warm and fuzzy in no time

It was one of those nights where we wandered up and down the promenade, struggling to decide where to eat. With show tickets in hand, we knew we needed to eat quickly. I was a little worried when we settled on Silverlake Ramen, thinking it might take too long, but I should've just relaxed and enjoyed the experience. The quick-order menu boards were a great time-saver. Unfortunately, we did have to search for a clean table--essentially choosing the one with the least amount of leftover mess from previous customers. Thankfully, our ramen arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and we made it to the show just as it was starting, which was a huge relief.

Incredibly mediocre food but incredibly good service with prime location and amazing ambiance. I tried the Tsukemen and the broth was not as strong as in other places, but the noodles were great. They put an insane amount of bean sprouts (almost as much or even more than noodles, lol), but both the food runner and the busses were so friendly that I still had to give them the 4 stars. Also, there was a super talented man singing Blues right outside (shoutout to Lenny the Great) which made the whole experience more enjoyable and added to the ambiance.

Gratitude I feel For the employees and management of Silverlake Ramen on third street promenade Here in Santa Monica. The hot wholesome broth And hot green tea Are truly nourishment to my soul. The sesame oil condiment Added at my own discretion is a joy. Much more than this No one objected to me charging my phone here. This is particularly precious to me.

"One of the best (only) ramen shops in Santa Monica" Located on the third street promenade, this is one the only ramen shops in Santa Monica, aside from the revived Jinya on Main Street. The location is great, public parking is free for two hours, and it's a convenient walk to/from the pier. I've been coming here for years and the menu has gone through a few iterations (there was even a Naruto collab at one point). During my last visit there was cajun ramen, which is far from anything you'd see in Japan but surprisingly fun and tasty. Side dishes are great (karage is a must) and there are also customizable options. Portion wise it looks like a lot, but the bowls are a bit shallow. In terms of the atmosphere, I do look the variety of seating options here and the overall vibe. You can sit next to the kitchen in a stool, at a table with friends, or even right on the promenade. Price and service are two things that have changed over the years. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected these days. Service now consists of a self serve kiosk, which asks you to tip via a long guilt tripping message. I like the efficiency of the kiosk, but not its attempt to convince me this is a full service restaurant. Someone will bring you your food, yes, but not sure if that warrants the suggested 15-20% tip. There also used to be a self serve water station which has disappeared. Overall this is a fine place if you're craving ramen. Given the lack of options it's worth coming to every once in a while. Protip: ask for water when your food gets delivered to your table.

I was surprised to find a ramen place in the middle of 3rd street and decided to try it. The menu on the monitor was easy to understand and the order was placed pronto. The restaurant has a modern look and does not ready resemble a Japanese food place. However it still has a pretty cool vibe. The staff was friendly and the food was served in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen. The broth was flavorful without being heavy. The noodle was cooked to perfection (slightly on the al dente side). The boiled egg was on the spot and the pork chasu was so tender that I was able to tear it with spoon. The bamboo shots were soft and went well with the rest of the bowl. The price was reasonable and a great option for those visiting the area.

This Silverlake Ramen was located at 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The food was excellent! We got the classic ramen, chicken karage curry over rice and the chicken soboro rice. All the food tasted delicious and flavorful. The broth of the ramen wasn't too salty or oily, and I got two big pieces of pork. The soboro rice was comforting. Every bite was pure joy for me. The warm rice mixed with the minced savory chicken and eggs were perfectly balanced by the acidity from the red pickled ginger, chopped green onions and the slightly sweet sauce. I loved it! The ambiance was casual, trendy and lively. Service was fine. I look forward to coming back here again for the rice and desserts!

Is this the best ramen place that I've ever had? No but it's convenient, price is decent and it's pretty good. I came for the Naruto collab and unfortunately didn't get it because I thought the price was insane for those combos. So I ended up opting for the regular combo with the blaze ramen and the chicken kaarage. The ramen was good and flavorful. Definitely not spicy even tho I asked for extra spicy. But the noodles were cooked al dente and the broth was legit. The only downside was the random spinach since I never see spinach in ramen. The chicken kaarage was so good. Extremely crispy and delicious. Would definitely go back to get a large order of them. My coworkers both got the spicy tuna bowl. I had a bite of the tuna, I thought it was ok but they enjoyed it. Overall it's a pretty decent lunch spot.
